Video Poker Rules - A Jacks Quest Rules
Don´t know Jack? Well it´s simple, you win by getting a pair of Jacks or better.
At HoldemPoker.com you can play A Jack´s Quest (our version of Video Poker) with up to 10 hands and bet up to 5 coins. The number of hands played is the same as the number of used decks. So if you´re playing more than one hand, the same initial hand is dealt from all decks. Once new hands are drawn they are randomly picked from the decks, so only the five initial cards are the same. If playing multiple hands, new cards come in order and each hand is evaluated separately.
Playing the Game
After you´ve inserted your money into the machine, select to bet between 1 to 5 coins and play 1, 3, 5 or 10 hands. Following your choice, your five initial cards will be displayed after you´ve pressed the DEAL button. Once the cards are revealed click on the cards you wish to hold, or if already in a held state, press unhold. Then click DRAW to continue.
By selecting the “Hold cards automatically” option in your preferences, the machine will automatically suggest which cards you should hold depending on the cards that are initially displayed.
If you´re a winner you can click DOUBLE to double up your accumulated winnings, or click COLLECT to automatically add winnings to your account.
Double Up!
This is when the game goes into overdrive. You also have the possibility to double your winnings and Jack-Up your bankroll with the Double Up feature. At this exciting stage of the game five new cards are revealed face down, from which you select two. To Double Up, the second card chosen must be higher than the first. If you tie, you have the chance to play the bonus game again. If you win, you can either collect the cash or Double Up again. You are however not allowed to play Double Up on a win exceeding $1,500.
