Put him inside a No-Limit Texas Holdem, and he’d definitely rob his opponents off their money. Most of the time, aggressive play would win you the game. Of course, your aggressive play should also equate to good strategy and excellent poker skills as well.

Aggressive play would result in either of these two outcomes:

1. You would get your opponent to fold.
2. You would ultimately beat your opponents with your best hand.

Using aggression, however, should be strategic. You cannot be aggressive all the time. It is important that you first pinpoint your opponent’s weakness and then plan your strategic aggressive play from that observation.

Recognizing Weak and Strong No Limit Texas Holdem Players

The one factor that would help you determine how strong or how weak your opponents are in the game is their reaction to flops. Players, depending on their skill and their hand, would react differently on every flop.

Take not of your highly-skilled opponents. These players know that they are being studied. It is rather safe, therefore, to expect that these players would attempt to deceive you. After all, poker is a mind game.

The player who could play a good mind game wins. Sometimes, you could be holding the best hand but if you are too loose that your opponents are able to read you, your cards are worthless. You might as well just hand over your money.
