2010 World Series of Poker Event #9 Recap – J.J. Liu Makes $1,500 PL Holdem Final Table
Event #9 of the 2010 World Series of Poker was the $1,500 Pot-Limit Holdem Event. 650 players turned out to take their shot at the first PL Holdem bracelet of the year.
Tom McEvoy, Jonathan Little, and Melissa Hayden all made deep runs in this event, but they all fell short of the final table. J.J. Liu was the first woman this year to make an open event final table and looked to kick off the “Year of the Woman” at the WSOP.
