World Series Of Poker
The 2006 WSOP has now been and gone, and featured some spirited performances by our nine WSOP Contenders. Many of the world’s greatest players lined up at the Rio in Las Vegas for the biggest event of the year.
But it was Jamie Gold who triumphed in the Main Event surviving a field of nearly 9000 players, taking home the largest prize ever in poker – A record breaking $12 Million Dollars!
